摘要
随着宝钢3号高炉大修及四烧结投产,烧结与高炉相继形成"3对3"与"4对4"的生产格局,烧结矿与高炉铁水的供需矛盾得以缓解,同时为高烧结矿比铁水冶炼、高品位烧结矿生产技术攻关等创造了条件。生产实践表明,通过采取配加4.5%~5.0%的磁铁矿精粉、确立合理的烧结矿Si O2控制区间、降低辅料配比等措施,实施低碱度低硅烧结,可有效地将入炉烧结矿品位提高至58.5%的水平,且烧结生产指标良好,烧结矿实物质量稳定,烧结过程受控。高品位烧结矿入炉大大降低了铁水冶炼成本。
With No. 3 BF overhaul and No. 4 sintering machine putting into production in Baosteel, sinter and blast furnace have formed "3 to 3" and "4 to 4" production pattern, the contradiction between supply and demand on sinter production can be eased. At the same time, it creates good conditions for high sinter production proportion in hot metal smelting and high-grade sinter production technologies. The production practice indicated that through adding 4.5%-5.0% of magnetite concentrate powder, establishment of reasonable interval control in sinter product SiO2 , reducing the matching accessories and other measures, implementation of low alkalinity and low silicon sintering can effectively increase the grade of sintered ore up to 58.5% level, also the sintering production index is good, the sinter quality is stable, the sinter process is controlled. High grade sintered ore can greatly reduce the cost of hot metal smelting.
