摘要
攀钢集团西昌钢钒有限公司炼铁厂360 m^2烧结主抽风机与脱硫系统增压风机配合运行过程中,经常出现喘振问题,影响烧结机的生产。本文通过对烧结过程各种喘振现象出现时的风量、压力、电流曲线的系统分析,同时结合烧结生产实际和喘振特征分析,提出了几种有效的解决措施及优化方法,在稳定烧结矿的产能和烧结烟气脱硫效率的前提下,显著减少了烧结主抽风机与脱硫风机的喘振频次。
During the coordinated running of main exhauster fan of 360 m2 sinter machine and boosting fan of desulphuriza- tion system in the iron-making plant of Xichang Steel and Vanadium limited Company of Pangang Group, surge problems often oc- cur,which affects the production of sinter machine. Through systematic analysis of air volume,pressure and current curve at the occurrence of various surge phenomena during sintering process, and meanwhile in combination with the sintering production practice and analysis of surge characteristics, several effective solutions and optimization methods are put forward. Under the premise of stabilizing the sinter production capacity and sintering flue gas desulphurization efficiency,the surge times of the main sintering exhanster fan and desulphurization fan are decreased remarkably.
