摘要
近年来随着对大气污染治理工作的不断加强,各地环保部门均要求将烟气脱硫装置的旁路挡板门拆除,从而使得烟气必须经过增压进入烟气脱硫装置进行脱硫。本文针对某钢厂烧结烟气脱硫出现的增压风机、烟道剧烈振动,并伴随着火车一样的轰鸣声,自风机沿烟道传递到脱硫塔的现象,找出振动的主要原因,并通过研究分析烧结脱硫运行的实际情况,得出烧结烟气脱硫工艺条件有别于火电厂烟气脱硫,在烧结烟气脱硫中,通过优化运行条件和对系统改造,可以取消增压风机,节省投资及运行成本。
In recent years,with the strengthening of air pollution control work, the various local environmental protection departments all require the companies to remove the bypass damper of FGD, So that the flue gas must bedesulphurized in FGD after pressurized. In this article, the pressurization fan of a steel sinter FGD vibrates violently, accompanied by the roar like a train, from the pressurization fan side to the flue gas desulfurization tower. The author finds the main reason for the vibration and finds that the sintering flue gas desulfurization process conditions different from thermal power plant flue gas desulfurizationthrough research and analysis of the actual situation sintering desulfurizing run. In the sintering flue gas desulfurization, we can cancel pressurization fan in the sintering flue gas desulfurization crafts by optimizing the operating conditions andrenovating the system, saving investment and operating costs.
