摘要
目的了解广州市女性护士时间管理的现状,为护理管理者建设高素质护理专业队伍提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,使用时间管理问卷对广州市1 019名女性护士进行调查。结果时间管理总分为56.26±9.27,各维度得分为目标设置14.29±3.97、时间安排16.65±3.38、时间的自控14.53±3.34、混乱倾向10.79±1.94,广州市女性护士时间管理处于中等水平。广州市女性护士时间管理得分分别与江苏儿科护士、四川护理管理者、企业员工、IT从业人群及中学教师比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广州市女性护士整体时间管理处于中等水平,建议护理管理者可以根据需要在员工培训中适当加入护士时间管理的内容,提高护士的时间管理能力。
[Objective]To explore the current situation of time management of female nurses in Guangzhou City,provide evidences for nursing managers to train high quality nursing professionals.[Methods]1 019 female nurses in Guangzhou City were selected by convenient sampling and were investigated using Time Management Questionnaire.[Results]The scores of time management,goal setting,mechanics of time management,perceived control of time and preference for organization were(55.28±9.32),(14.03±3.91),(16.34 ±3.40),(14.21 ±3.19) and(10.70 ±1.90),respectively. Time management of female nurses in Guangzhou City was at a moderate level. The scores of time management of female nurses in Guangzhou City were compared with those of pediatric nurses of Jiangsu Province,nursing administrators of Sichuan Province,employees of companies,IT practitioners and middle school teachers,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Time management of female nurses in Guangzhou City is at a moderate level. It is suggested that hospital administrators may add appropriate courses of time management in the training of nurses to improve their ability of time arrangement and utilization.
