摘要
目的探讨时间管理如何在责任护士工作中的运用,以提高工作效率,保证工作质量。方法对责任护士进行时间管理方法的培训,并要求在实际工作中应用。结果被调查护士培训前和培训2个月后的单位工时值比较,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),病人满意度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),100%被调查护士认为时间管理培训对工作有帮助,使工作更具有计划性,主观上感到提高了工作效率,提高了驾驭时间的能力,工作压力有所减轻。结论掌握科学管理时间的方法,能提高工作效率和工作质量。
Objectives Probe into how to apply time management in nursing work,with the aim to improve work efficiency and ensure nursing quality. Methods Training the nurses on duty with the methods of time management and requiring them to apply it in practice.Results Comparing the unit outputs before and after the training among the investigated nurses,there are significant difference (p<0.01),and there's no significant difference in the aspect of patients' satisfaction level (p>0.05),100%of the investigated nurses think that time management training is helpful and make nursing work much more scheduled,and they feel that the work efficiency is promoted,the ability to control time is enhanced and that the work pressure is relieved.Conclusions To master the method of time-management scientifically can promote the working efficiency and improve quality.
