摘要
科学技术工作的特点决定了时间管理是科学技术研究管理的重要方面。从时间的内涵来看,管理的效率实际上就是时间的利用效率。科学技术工作者的时间管理需遵循计划原则、节约原则和效率-效果原则;主要方法有ABC控制法、艾森豪威尔法以及时间-价值弹性分析法。时间管理还要与时俱进,这要求科学技术工作者应熟练掌握时间管理的若干技巧,深刻理解时间管理与流程再造的密切关系,还得善于利用节约时间的科学技术成果。
The characteristics of the science ＆ technology work determine that time management is an important aspect of science ＆ technology research management. Seen from the nature of time, the efficiency of management in fact is the efficiency of the utilization of time. The time management of science ＆ technology professionals should follow the principles of planning, saving, and efficiency＇ effectiveness. The methods include ABC control, Eisenhower＇ s, and time＇ value elastic analysis as well The time management is supposed to be improved as time flows, which requires the science ＆ technology professionals to master the sells of time management, to understand the relationship between time management and business process reengineering, to make good use of the time - saving scientific ＆ technological products.
