摘要
本研究以206名上海地区企业员工为研究对象,采用问卷法,探讨时间控制感在时间压力与焦虑、工作满意度之间的中介作用。结果表明:(1)时间控制感与时间压力、焦虑水平呈极其显著负相关,与工作满意度呈极其显著正相关;(2)时间控制感在时间压力与焦虑、工作满意度之间存在部分中介作用;(3)时间控制感对于时间压力与焦虑、工作满意度之间关系的解释力度较小。
The purpose of this research was to examine whether perceived control of time mediated the relationships between time pressure and psychological outcomes(anxiety and job satisfaction), as measured by a structured questionnaire. 206 employees in Shanghai participated in this research. The results indicated that: (1) Perceived control of time was negatively related to both time pressure and anxiety, but positively related to job satisfaction; (2) The effects of time pressure on anxiety and job satisfaction were partially mediated by perceived control of time; (3) Perceived control of time was only a weak mediator.
