摘要
目的了解儿科护士的时间管理倾向现状并分析影响因素，以便提出针对性对策。方法便利抽样法选取江苏省3所三级儿童医院571名护士为研究对象，采用一般情况调查表和时间管理倾向量表进行调查。结果时间管理倾向总分为（59．20±8．17）分．84．06％的儿科护士时间管理倾向处于中上水平；不同年龄、职务、工作年限儿科护士时间管理倾向得分比较，差异有统计学意义（F值分别为2．838，-3．080，2．978；P〈0．05）。逐步回归分析显示，职务是预测三级儿童医院护士时间管理倾向的主要因素。结论三级儿童医院护士时间管理倾向处于中上水平，其主要影响因素是职务。
Objective To understand the current situation of time management disposition in pediatric nurses and to analyze its influencing factors so as to put forward targeted countermeasures.Methods A total of 571 nurses from 3 Class III Children＇s Hospitals of Jiangsu Province were selected as research objects by convenient sampling. They were investigated with the general condition questionnaire and the time management disposition inventory.Results The total score of time management disposition was （59.20±8.17） points with 84.06% of the pediatric nurses in the middle level. There were statistically significant differences in time management disposition among different ages, positions, years of service （ F = 2.838, - 3.080, 2.978 ; P〈0.05 ）. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the positions were the major factor to forecast the time management disposition of nurses in Class lII Children＇s Hospitals.Conclusions The time management disposition of nurses in Class III Children＇s Hospitals is in the middle level and its major influencing factor is the positions.
