摘要
目的探讨中学生时间管理倾向对应对方式的影响,为缓解中学生心理压力提供依据。方法运用青少年学生时间管理倾向量表和中学生应对方式量表,对中学生331名的时间管理倾向和应对方式进行团体测试,并进行相关分析和回归分析。结果中学生时间管理倾向量表各因子均与问题解决求助呈正相关(P<0.01),时间价值感与发泄因子呈负相关(P<0.05),时间效能感与幻想、忍耐因子均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论中学生时间管理倾向对应对方式中的问题解决、求助、幻想3个因子存在显著影响,不同时间管理倾向者在对具体应对方式上的选择有显著性。
Objective To explore the effects of time management disposition on coping styles in middle school students, and to provide evidence for alleviating their stress. Methods A total of 331 middle school students were tested with Time Management Disposition Scale and Scale of Coping Styles. Then correlation analysis and regression analysis were taken. Results Scores of Time Management Disposition Scale were positively correlated with scores of problem solving( P 〈 0.01 ). Sense of time value was negatively correlated to abreacfion factor( P 〈 0.05 ). Sense of time efficacy also had negative correlation to factors of illusion and endurance( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The middle school students' time management disposition influences their coping styles of problem solving, seeking helps and illusion.The students with different time management dispositon have different coping styles.
