摘要
欧美国家知名大学学科发展的历程显示,学科交互成为不可逆转的国际趋势。国外知名大学学科发展不再局限于传统单一的学科发展模式,而是通过跨学科建制另辟蹊径。经济社会、大学、学科(院系)是大学跨学科建制的三个动力源。跨学科建制主要举措包括:组织层面,通过组织形式创新突破传统学科组织壁垒;制度层面,制定跨学科学术制度消解传统学科主宰的学术制度障碍。这些学科发展动向及经验为我国大学"双一流"建设提供了镜鉴。
World-renowned universities’ practice shows that interdisciplinary has become an irreversible international trend.The discipline development in famous universities abroad is no longer confined to the traditional development model based on single discipline,but to find an alternative approach through interdisciplinary development.Economic society,universities,and disciplines（colleges and universities）constitute the three power sources for the interdisciplinary construction,for which the main measures include such two points as breaking through the barriers to traditional disciplines through organizational innovation at the interdisciplinary level and formulating interdisciplinary academic systems to eliminate traditional academic obstacles under the domination of disciplines at the institutional level.The development trend and experience of disciplines in well-known foreign universities provide enlightenment for the construction of＂Double First-class＂universities in China.
