聚乳酸黏胶混纺纱与梦丝~交织弹性面料开发 被引量:3

摘要 采用本色聚乳酸(PLA)短纤维与黏胶黑色短纤维混纺(50∶50),制成14.8 tex的聚乳酸黏胶麻灰色混纺纱,再与可以低温定形的4.7 tex XLA~·梦丝~交织,生产针织弹力单面汗布面料。详细介绍面料的开发思路、原料选择、编织工艺、后整理工艺及技术要点。对面料进行120℃的预定形、65℃的水洗处理以及120℃的成品定形,并测试面料的缩水率、弹性回复率、抑菌率。结果表明,面料具有优异的尺寸和弹性稳定性及良好的服用性能,且聚乳酸纤维及聚烯烃弹性纤维的应用前景广阔。 The polylactic acid(PLA) staple fiber was blended with black rayon staple fiber(50∶50) to make 14.8 tex PLA/rayon grey blended yarn. Then it interknitted with 4.7 tex XLA which can be set at low temperature to produce knitted stretch jersey fabric. The development ideas of fabric, selection of raw materials, knitting process,post-finishing process and technical points were introduced in detail. Furthermore, the fabric was treated including the pre-setting at 120 ℃, water-washing at 65 ℃ and setting at 120 ℃, and the washing shrinkage, elastic recovery rate and inhibitory rate of the fabric were tested. The results show that the finished fabrics have good performances including dimensional stability, elastic stability and good wearability, and the application of polylactic acid fiber and polyolefin stretch fiber is promising.
