PLA基石墨烯与兔毛混纺絮片性能分析

摘要 以30%PLA基石墨烯纤维、70%兔毛为原料,采用传统热压工艺,开发一种环保易降解型PLA基石墨烯与兔毛混纺絮片。通过对絮片的基本性能缩率、厚度与平方米克质量、顶破强力、透气透湿性、保暖性,以及功能性能包括抗菌性、防紫外线性能、远红外功能进行测试,结果表明:PLA基石墨烯与兔毛混纺絮片,不仅保留了兔毛纤维透气透湿、保暖的性能,也增添了石墨烯抗菌抑菌、防紫外线、远红外保健的功能特性。PLA基石墨烯与兔毛混纺絮片的研制开发具有极大的应用价值和发展前景。 Using 70% rabbit wool and 30% PLA graphene fiber as raw material, an environmentally friendly and easily degradable PLA graphene/rabbit hair blended flocs was developed by using traditional hot pressing process. Through the basic performance shrinkage ratio, thickness and square meter gram weight of the flocs,breaking strength, permeability and moisture permeability, heat preservation and functional properties including an tibacterial, UV protection and far-infrared function test, the results show that: PLA graphene/rabbit hair blended flocs not only retain the air permeability and moisture permeability of rabbit hair fibers, but also add the functional properties of graphene such as anti-bacterial and bacteriostatic, anti-ultraviolet and far-infrared health care. PLA graphene/rabbit hair blended flocs has great application value and development prospect.
