摘要
为解决保暖材料回弹性差的问题,利用静电植绒技术,制得中间绒毛层直立固结在2层保暖非织造布之间的高弹保暖絮片。通过分析探讨绒毛长度、植绒时间及植绒电压等工艺参数对高弹保暖絮片的保暖性与压缩回弹性的影响,得到制备高弹保暖絮片的最佳工艺参数:绒毛长度为8 mm、植绒时间为8 s、植绒电压为80 kV。
In order to solve the problem of poor resilience of warming materials, the high-elastic warmth flakes with intermediate fluff layers erected between two layers of warmth nonwovens were obtained by the electrostatic flocking technology. Through analyzing and discussing the influences of parameters such as fluff length, flocking time and flocking voltage, on the warmth and compression resilience of the high-elastic warmth flakes, the best process parameters for preparing the high-elastic warmth flakes were obtained, which were the fluff length at 8 mm, the flocking time at 8 s, and the flocking voltage at 80 kV.
