三种弹性纤维的结构与性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了更好地了解不同弹性纤维的性能,为后续产品开发提供参考,文章选取了新型国产聚烯烃弹性纤维(XLA)、莱卡、国产千禧氨纶三种弹性纤维。分别通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射对纤维形态、化学结构及聚集态结构进行了对比分析,利用差示扫描量热法、热重、沸水收缩研究了纤维的热学性能,使用XQ-2型纤维强伸度仪分析了纤维的拉伸弹性回复性能。结果表明:XLA在较小的应力下可以产生较大的伸长,初始模量比氨纶高,热稳定性好;莱卡具有较好的拉伸性和弹性回复性,但沸水收缩性及热稳定性不及XLA和千禧氨纶;千禧氨纶在力学性能方面可以与莱卡相媲美。 In order to better understand the properties of different elastic fibers and provide reference for the subsequent product development, three kinds of elastic fibers were selected, including new domestic polyolefin elastic fiber (XLA), Lycra, and domestic Qianxi spandex. The fiber morphology, molecular structure and aggregate structure were compared and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The thermal properties of the fiber were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, chemical structure and boiling water shrinkage. The tensile elastic recovery properties of the fibers were analyzed by an XQ-2 fiber strength meter. The results showed that XLA could produce large elongation under small stress;the initial modulus was higher than spandex, and the thermal stability was good. Lycra had good stretchability and elastic recovery, but boiling water shrinkage and thermal stability were not as good as XLA and Qianxi spandex;Qianxi spandex could compete with Lycra in terms of mechanical properties.
