摘要
应用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜,研究了聚乳酸纤维在湿处理过程中结构和性能的变化。结果表明,湿热加工对纤维结构和性能有着较为显著的影响。随着湿处理温度的升高,聚乳酸纤维的失重和强力损失增加,纤维结晶度有所提高;溶液的酸碱性对纤维强力性能影响较大,酸与碱均会催化聚乳酸纤维水解,加重纤维强力的损失,相比而言,碱对纤维的影响更大,在弱碱性溶液中纤维的水解由表及里加大,纤维明显变细,纤维表面因水解程度不一致产生一些凹坑。
Using the X-Ray Diffractomer and Electron Scaning Microscope, the changes in structure and tensile properties of PLA fiber during wet-hot processing have been investigated. The results show that the wethot processing have obvious impact on the structure and properties of PLA fiber. Increasing the temperature, the weight loss and damage degree of tensile strength of PLA fiber are increased, as well as the increase of its crystallinity. The pH value of solution has great effect on the strength property of PLA fiber. Both acid and alkali will catalyze the hydrolysis of PLA fiber and increase the loss of strength. In contrast, the alkali has more impact. In weak alkaline solution, the hydrolysis of fiber occurrs from the surface to inner so that the fiber becomes obviously fine. Some pits are observed on surface of fiber because of different hydrolysis rates.
