摘要
文章讨论了影响聚酯织物的染色性能的相关因素。研究表明,在相关因素筛选达到良好效果后,在超声处理后,环保载体对聚酯织物上的染料分散性能有明显的提高,染色更加均匀,同时超声处理技术可以有效地提高染料的渗透性,并且可以在保护环境的同时实现更高效、更可持续的染料生产。
This paper discusses the relevant factors affecting the dyeing properties of polyester fabrics.The research shows that after the screening of relevant factors has achieved good results,and through the ultrasonic treatment,the environmental carrier has significantly improved the dye dispersion performance on polyester fabrics,and the dyeing is more uniform.At the same time,the ultrasonic treatment technology can not only effectively enhance the dye permeability,but achieve more efficient and sustainable dye production while protecting the environment.
