摘要
周凤梧先生是山东中医药大学创校元老之一,他精研方药,学验俱丰。“精于方,炼于药”是周老的主要诊疗思想。“精于方”包括识方要深切、用方要熨帖、制方要精当三个方面,临床擅用经方、小方,强调制方要有法度,选药精当,力戒庞杂,知宜知弊。“炼于药”是指要精通本草,熟练掌握传统的中药药性理论,了解和熟悉药物的品种辨析、炮制方法、禁忌等,特别是药物的一些特殊功效、主治内容,强调“为医只有知医知药,知人知病,临证才能药到病除”。
ZHOU fengwu was one of the founding members of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He intensively researched on formula and herbs and had rich academic and clinical experience. ＂Proficient in formula and delving into herbs＂ are his main clinical thoughts. ＂Proficient in formula＂ includes three aspects, such as deep understanding of prescriptions, applying prescriptions properly and formulating prescriptions exactly. He was good at clinical use of classical and small prescriptions. He emphasized that the formula should comply with the compatibility standard,and the herbs should be selected precisely, not overdo them,knowing their advantages and disadvantages. ＂Delving into herbs＂ is to master the herbs,to be proficient in the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine,understanding and familiarizing with the vari- eties,processing methods,contraindications and some special effects of herbs. He emphasized that as a physician,we need to know the knowledge of medicine and herbs,the condition of diseases and patients. Only in this way,can the formula and herbs take effect and the diseases be cured.
