摘要
分别从药物基源、用药部位、炮制规格、功效应用、用量用法及使用注意等方面,辨析刘持年治疗胃痛常用经典名方四逆散、半夏泻心汤、附子理中丸中的中药,主要包括柴胡、枳实、芍药、甘草、半夏、黄芩、黄连、干姜、人参、大枣、附子、白术等,明确处方的关键信息,为经典名方的合理应用提供参考。提出准确进行中药辨析,既是临床医生的基本功,也是中医药有效传承的重要内容。处方中药辨析,既要结合主治病证进行分析判断,也要尊古纳今,充分考虑当前的临床和生产实际,用历史和发展的角度去辨析,才能更加贴近和符合临床需求,真正促进中医发展和临床疗效的提高。
From the aspects of original source,medicinal parts,processing specification,efficacy,dosage,usage and precautions for use,this paper differentiated Chinese medicinals in classic formulas of Sini Powder(四逆散),Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)and Fuzi Lizhong Pill(附子理中丸)commonly used by LIU Chinian for treating stomachache,such as Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma),Dazao(Jujubae Fructus),Fuzi(Aconti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),etc.The key information was clarified to provide reference for the reasonable application of the classic formulas.Accurate differentiation of Chinese medicinals is not only the basic skill of clinicians,but also the important content of effective inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). In differentiation of Chinese medicinalsused in the classic formulas,we should not only combine the analysis and judgment of the main syndrome,but also respect the ancient and modern,fully consider the current clinical and production practice,anddifferentiate from the perspective of history and development,so as to be more close to and meet the clinicalneeds,and truly promote the development of TCM and the improvement of clinical efficacy.
