摘要
茵陈蒿汤由茵陈蒿、栀子、大黄3药组成,具有清热利湿、利胆退黄之功,为治疗湿热黄疸的要方。茵陈蒿汤中茵陈、大黄配伍的核心作用,既能清热除湿,利胆退黄,又可泻热逐瘀,气血同治,通利二便,给湿邪瘀热出路,从前、后二窍分消。茵陈、大黄作为临床治疗肝胆湿热蕴结阳黄为主证的方剂中常配伍的药组,具有很好的退黄作用,其核心作用通过清利湿热,活血化瘀,气血同治,给邪出路,利胆排石等方面实现的。
This paper from the core function of traditional Chinese prescription compatibility theory, Chinese medicine litera- ture, modem pharmacological research, TCM clinical application provides proofs to certify Yinchen, Dahuang as the core function of Yinchenhao Decoction. Its role is reflected not only in clearing heat and promoting diuresis, normalizing gallblad- der to cure jaundice but also in purging heat and removing blood stasis, harmonizing qi and blood, dredging shit and pee, to discharge the damp evil and stagnated heat from the body through the urethra and the anus.
