摘要
目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法:选取2014年8月—2015年8月武汉科技大学附属孝感中心医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者60例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用黄葵胶囊。比较2组患者各项指标变化,观察2组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,疗效显著,可改善患者肾功能,不良反应少,安全性高。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Valsartan capsules combined with Huangkui capsules in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. METHODS： 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted into Xiaogan Central Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from Aug. 2014 to Aug. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 30 cases in each. The control group were treated with valsartan,while the control group additionally received Huangkui capsules based on the control group. Changes of various indicators of two groups were compared,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the urea nitrogen,24 hour urinary protein,serum creatinine,triglyceride and total cholesterol in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,yet the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Valsartan capsules combined with Huangkui capsules in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is remarkable,which can improve patients ＇ renal function with few adverse drug reactions and high safety.
