摘要
为了获得钢管高质量的无溶剂环氧涂料内减阻涂层,通过对无溶剂环氧涂料的输送条件和内喷涂工艺原理的分析,设计了钢管无溶剂内减阻涂层的制备工艺。采用设计的制备工艺,对Φ1 219 mm和Φ1 016 mm钢管进行了无溶剂环氧涂料内减阻喷涂,并对涂层的质量和性能进行了检测。检测结果表明,采用该工艺制备的涂层的各项性能满足相关标准的要求。说明设计的内减阻涂层制备工艺合理,可用于Φ1 219 mm和Φ1 016 mm钢管的无溶剂环氧涂料内减阻喷涂。
In order to obtain high-quality non-solvent epoxy interior friction-reduction coating for steel pipe, by analyzing the conveying condition and inner spraying process principle of non-solvent epoxy coating, preparation technology of non-solvent interior friction-reduction coating for steel pipe was designed. The non-solvent interior friction-reduction spraying was taken onΦ1 219 mm and Φ1 016 mm steel pipes with the designed preparation technology, and the quality and performance of the coating were tested. The testing results showed that all the performances of the coating with the designed technology met relevant standards. It indicated that the designed interior friction-reduction coating preparation technology was reasonable and could be used for non-solvent epoxy interior friction-reduction spraying for Φ1 219 mm and Φ1 016 mm steel pipes.
