摘要
目前国内海绵钛生产企业配套的镁电解工序主要有镁电解流水线槽技术和多极槽技术。介绍了镁电解流水线槽技术和多极槽技术的工艺原理及工艺流程,从电解槽结构、主要技术指标、电解镁质量、电解槽操作维护、电解生产尾气等方面对镁电解流水线槽技术和多极槽技术进行了比较,并结合海绵钛全流程生产实践,对2种不同技术条件下镁电解工序与其它工序的生产联动性进行了分析。相比之下,多极槽技术更有利于海绵钛全流程生产组织和降低生产成本。
The flow cell and multipolar cell technology of magnesium electrolysis are adopted in domestic production enterprises of titanium sponge.This paper introduces the processes and their principles of the flow cell and multipolar cell technology of magnesium electrolysis,compares the advantages and disadvantages of these two techniques from the electrolytic cell structure,main technical indexes,electrolytic magnesium quality,operation and maintenance as well as the production tail gas,etc.,and then analyses the production correlation between magnesium electrolysis and chlorination and reduction process.In contrast,multipolar cell technology is found to be more conducive to the entire process of titanium sponge production and reduction of production costs.
