加快盐湖镁基结构与功能材料发展的若干思考 被引量:1

摘要 青海盐湖是我国战略资源,蕴含丰富的镁资源,发展镁基材料得天独厚。针对盐湖镁基材料产业核心问题和国家重大需求,重庆大学潘复生院士团队提出了加快发展盐湖镁基结构材料和功能材料发展建议,在结构材料方面重点发展电解金属镁及基础镁合金、车用轻量化镁合金材料、建筑用轻量化镁合金材料、航空航天用镁合金材料等,在功能材料方面重点发展镁储氢和镁电池储能材料、高品质耐火材料、熔盐储能材料、土壤修复材料、可溶解镁合金等。在平台建设方面,加大盐湖镁产业技术研究院的建设和整合力度,布局申报以镁、钾、锂等有效利用的盐湖资源综合利用国家技术创新中心,完善技术创新链。在产业布局方面,结合西部可再生能源丰富、国家能源安全需求和国家与地区工业发展需要,突出重点布局结合盐湖和青海工业特点的生产企业,形成有特色有优势的产业链。把“围绕产业链部署创新链”和“依托创新链完善产业链”有效结合,实现产业链和创新链的科学衔接,助力青海省建设世界级盐湖镁产业基地。 Qinghai Salt Lake is a strategic resource in China,rich in magnesium resources,and unique in the development of magnesium-based materials.In view of the main problems of the salt lake magnesium-based materials industry and the requirements of the national strategy,Pan Fusheng academician team of Chongqing University put forward suggestions for promoting the development of salt lake magnesium-based structural materials and functional materials.As for structural Mg materials,electrolytic magnesium and its common alloys,Mg alloys for light weight automobile,construction and aerospace should be focused on.As for functional Mg materials,Mg based hydrogen storage and battery materials,high-quality refractory materials,molten salt energy storage,soil remediation materials,and dissolvable magnesium alloys should be focused on.In term of platform construction,Salt lake research institute of Mg industry should be further supported and integrated,and the proposition and construction of national technology innovation center for salt lake resource should be quickly scheduled to exploit Mg,Li and K and to improve the key technology innovation chain.In term of salt lake industry arrangement,together with the rich renewable energy in west China,national energy safety,and national and region industry,some key companies should be established in order to form superior industry chain.Through combination of arranging innovation chain along industry with improving industry supported by innovation,industry chain will be connected more scientifically with innovation,to support the construction of Qinghai world level salt lake Mg industry.
