摘要
采用N-氢化牛脂基-1,3-丙撑二胺、丙烯酸甲酯和氯乙酸钠(由氢氧化钠和氯乙酸制备)为原料,合成出3种双阳离子型沥青乳化剂.通过红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析验证了合成的双阳离子型沥青乳化剂化学结构.这3种双阳离子型沥青乳化剂对重交90号(AH-90)沥青具有良好的乳化能力,乳化沥青有良好的储存稳定性,归属于中裂型、慢裂型沥青乳化剂.中裂型沥青乳化剂适用于粘层、雾封层和无溶剂冷拌以及用于沥青再回收利用和沥青路面基层稳定的施工.慢裂型沥青乳化剂可广泛应用于稀浆封层和微表处等施工.
Three novel bis-cationic asphalt emulsifiers are synthesized by two steps reaction of N-tallow-1,3-diaminopropane,methyl acrylate and sodium chloroacetate which is prepared by sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid.The chemical structures of the bis-cationic asphalt emulsifiers are confirmed by FTIR,1H NMR and elemental analysis.The three emulsifiers have excellent emulsification effect to AH-90 asphalt.The manufactured bituminous emulsion has excellent storage stability.The bis-cationic asphalt emulsifier belongs to medium and slow-set.The medium-set asphalt emulsifier can be designed to perform in a wide variety of applications including tack coat,fog seal,and solventless cold-mix applications such as recycling and base stabilization in asphalt pavement construction.The slow-set asphalt emulsifier can be used in slurry-seal and micro-surfacing pavement construction.
