摘要
以N,N-十二烷基二甲基叔胺、N,N-十八烷基二甲基叔胺、盐酸和环氧氯丙烷为原料,异丙醇作溶剂,合成3个碳链分别为12、3和18非对称性Gemini季铵盐阳离子沥青乳化剂。通过IR光谱测定出目的产物的结构。以溴酚蓝为指示剂、二氯乙烷为分散相两相化学滴定法测定产物的含量。结果表明,产物的含量大于96.5%,乳化剂对沥青具有良好的乳化效果,且稳定性能好。
Dissymmetric Gemini quaternary ammonium ,salts cationic asphalt emulsifiers with three carbon chains of 12, 3 and 18 carbons, respectively, were synthesized using N, N-dodeeyl dimethyl tertiary amine, N, N-octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, epichlorohydrin and hydrochloric acid as the raw material and isopropanol as the solvent. Structure of the aimed products were identified by HNMR and IR. Content of the products were quantitatively determined by two-phase chemical titration using bromophenol blue as the indicator and dichloroethane as the phase splitting agent. The :results showed that purity of the synthesized products exceeded 96.5 % (w/w). The emulsifiers synthesized had good emulsifying effects and stability.
