摘要 用BROOKFIELD黏度计,研究了不同温度下无溶剂环氧涂料的黏度。用等温差示扫描量热法(DSC法)研究了无溶剂环氧涂料在40℃、50℃、60℃下的固化过程,得到了不同温度下无溶剂环氧涂料的适用期。分析了压力和温度等条件对喷涂量的影响,最终确定了无溶剂环氧内减阻涂料采用高压无气喷涂的施工范围。 The viscosity of solvent-free epoxy coatings at different temperature was studied by BROOKFIELD viscometer.The isothermal differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) method was used to investigate the curing process of solvent-less epoxy coatings at 40 ℃,50 ℃ and 60 ℃,respectively.The pot life of solvent-free epoxy coatings at different temperature was obtained.The effects of pressure and temperature on spraying amount were analyzed.Finally,the construction range of the coatings were abtained.
