摘要
通过对输气管道内减阻涂料细度、触变性、黏度、温度等基本性能参数的研究,分析了喷涂试板的光泽、表观形态、抗流挂性等特性,并确立了涂料性能参数与喷涂质量之间的关系,为减阻涂料的喷涂施工提供相应的技术支持。
Through study on the basic performance parameters, such as fineness, thixotropy, viscosity, temperature etc. of drag reduction coatings for the gas transmission pipeline, the gloss, apparent morphology and sagging resistance etc. of spraying test plate were analyzed. And the relationship between the performance parameters of coatings and spraying quality was established, which can provide the corresponding technical support for the spraying construction of drag reduction coatings.
