摘要
随着移动互联网和智能手机技术的迅猛发展,大学生手机成瘾现象已然成为影响大学生正常学习和生活的严峻问题。在梳理以往文献的基础上,本文从手机成瘾的定义和演变、产生的危害和相关控制建议出发,为手机成瘾的研究提供了一个新视角。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet and smartphone technology,college students＇ mobile addiction has become a serious problem affecting their normal study and life. Based on the analysis of previous literature,this paper starts from the definition and evolution of mobile phone addiction,the harmful effects and related control Suggestions,and provides a new perspective for the study of cell phone addiction.
