摘要
探究大学生时间管理倾向、生命意义感与手机依赖之间的关系。采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)、手机依赖量表(MPAI)与生命意义感量表中文修订版(MLQ)对614名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:在性别方面,仅手机依赖中的一个维度“逃避性”在男女性别上显现出明显差异;在专业方面,手机依赖总分在文理科上存在显著差异,失控性在理科、文科上存在差异;在生源方面,低效性手机依赖总分在生源方面存在显著差异;在独生子女方面,手机依赖的低效性在独生与非独生上表现出显著差异;时间管理倾向与生命意义感呈显著正相关,与手机依赖呈显著负相关;寻求意义感与手机依赖不存在显著相关,拥有意义感与手机依赖呈显著负相关;拥有生命意义感在时间管理倾向与手机依赖中起完全中介作用。由此得出结论:时间管理倾向通过拥有意义感影响手机依赖。
The paper explored the relationship between college students'time management tendency,meaning in life and mobile phone dependence.614 college students were surveyed by ATMD,MPAI and MLQ.Results:in terms of gender,only one dimension of“escapism”in mobile phone dependence showed significant differences between men and women;in terms of majors,there were significant differences in the total score of mobile phone dependence in arts and sciences.There were differences between science and arts in terms of out-of-control;in terms of the source of students,the total score of inefficient mobile phone dependence had significant differences in the source of students;in the aspect of only-child,there was a significant difference in the inefficiency of mobile phone dependence between only-child and non-only-child;time management tendency was positively correlated with sense of life meaning and negatively correlated with mobile phone dependence;there was no significant correlation between the sense of meaning seeking and mobile phone dependence,and there was a significant negative correlation between the sense of meaning and mobile phone dependence;the sense of life meaning played a completely mediating role in time management tendency and mobile phone dependence.Conclusion:time management tends to affect mobile phone dependence through sense of meaning.
