摘要
为了解江苏省养老服务机构关于国家标准《养老机构基本规范》(GB/T29353-2012)实施的基线情况,应用《试点单位入住老年人满意度调查问卷》,面向江苏省共13个城市的22家养老服务机构开展基线调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析,对相关问题进行归纳整理。研究发现:江苏省养老服务机构入住老年人的基本情况与其他地方类似,但其学历层次要高于其他地方;在入住老年人"非常满意"的选项中,得分较高的集中在设施设备和清洁服务方面,得分较低的集中在膳食服务和心理慰藉服务方面。建议养老服务机构建立长效标准化建设机制,增强标准化意识,建立标准化建设人才队伍,将医疗服务与养老服务相结合,深入落实标准细则。
To understand the baseline situation of the implementation of the Chinese national standard Basic Standards for Senior Care Organizations（GB/T29353-2012） among nursing homes in Jiangsu Province, we conducted a survey on 22 nursing homes from 13 cities in Jiangsu province with the Satisfaction Questionnaire of Elderly in Pilot Agencies, analyzed data we got, and then summarized several problems. Results showed that the basic situation of the elderly in senior care agencies in Jiangsu province is similar to that in other places, whereas the elderly in Jiangsu province tend to have higher level of education. Among the＂very satisfied＂options, items got higher scores included＂facilities＂and＂cleaning services＂, and items got lower scores included＂catering services＂and ＂psychological services＂. This paper suggests that elderly care institutions should establish a long-term standardized mechanism, be more standardization-awared, and build a staff team based on specific standards. At the same time, they should integrate health care with elderly care, and refine implementation standards and rules.
