摘要
当前,我国社会老龄化形势对社会化养老服务以及住区涉老服务设施提出了新的需求。论文在分析现有涉老设施规划建设的相关规范标准和总结城市涉老设施规划建设中存在的问题的基础上,以完善我国城市住区养老设施规划建设标准体系为目标,对城市住区涉老服务设施的分类、分级及配建布局等具体指标展开研究,提出了适合我国深度老龄化阶段的养老发展需求的城市住区涉老设施规划建设标准的新指标。
The aging situation in Chinese society requires a new standard for the social service and public facilities for the aged in urban residential areas. Based on the analysis of the problems and the summary of experience in the exploration on existing planning and construction standards for aging population, this research pay attention to indicators like category, classification and layout of the facilities for aging population in Chinese urban residential areas, and put forward a new index system of the standard which conform to the requirement of the development for the aging population in China under the situation of deep aging.
