摘要
目的调查福州市养老机构老年人的护理服务需求状况,并分析其影响因素,为提高养老机构的照护水平提供依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、日常生活能力量表、流行病学调查用抑郁自评量表、养老机构老年人护理服务需求问卷,对福州市11家养老机构260名老年人进行问卷调查。结果 67.3%(175/260)的老年人日常生活能力存在缺陷;35.4%(92/260)存在抑郁危险,男性、年龄轻、文化程度低、无配偶、月收入低者抑郁危险较高(P<0.05)。护理服务需求总均分为(3.95±0.28),其中安全需求得分最高(4.34±0.32)。多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状态和文化程度是养老机构老年人护理服务需求的影响因素。结论养老机构老年人对护理服务的需求较高,且受婚姻状态和文化程度的影响。应多关注机构中文化程度、收入水平层次低以及无配偶的老年人,提高照护水平。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of health service demand among elderly residents in long-term care facilities in Fuzhou,so as to provide basis for the improvement of nursing care. Methods A total of 260 elderly residents were conveniently sampled from 11 long-term care facilities in Fuzhou,and were investigated with a demographic data questionnaire,Activity of Daily Living Scale（ADL）,Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale（CES-D） and nursing service demand questionnaire. Results 67.3%（175/260） of elderly residents in long-term care facilities suffered from disability in daily living and 35.4%（92/260） showed risk of depression. The risk of depression was higher among male,younger,lower educational level,lost spouse and lower economic level elderly（P〈0.05）. The total average score of health service demand was（3.95±0.28）,and the dimension score of security demand was the highest（4.34±0.32）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status and educational level were influencing factors of health service demand among institutional elderly. Conclusion The elderly residents in long-term care facilities have high demand for nursing services,and are affected by marital status and educational level. It is suggested to pay more attention to elderly with low level of education and income as well as solitary elderly residents to improve the level of nursing care.
