摘要
目的深入了解养老机构老人对护士关怀行为的真实感知,从而为给老人提供更好的关怀照护服务提供参考。方法选取北京市某社会福利院15位老人进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi内容分析法将资料进行整理分析,归纳主题。结果共归纳出2个主题,分别为表达性关怀行为和操作性关怀行为。结论表达性关怀行为和操作性关怀行为均是使老人感受到关怀的重要方面,护士在工作中应针对老人的需求,为老人提供更好的关怀照护服务。
Objective To investigate the old people＇s true perception of caring behavior on nurses in pension institutions,so as to provide references to provide better caring behavior for the old people.Method Fifteen old people in a social welfare institute in Beijing were interviewed deeply,the data was analyzed and themes were extracted using Colaizzi analysis.Result Two themes were extracted including expressivity caring behaviors and operational caring behaviors.Conclusion Expressivity caring behaviors and operational caring behaviors are important aspects of caring behavior perceived by old people.Nurses need strengthen humanistic care to provide better caring service for old people.
