摘要
基于韶钢2016年的焦炭质量数据,利用回归法进行数据分析与处理,建立焦炭质量预测模型,应用于韶钢开发的产销系统,实现了焦炭质量预测自动化,为优化配煤结构、降低配煤成本提供了理论支撑。
Based on the coke quality data of Shaogang in 2016,the coke quality prediction model was established with data analyzed and treated by regression method. This model is applied in the production and sale system developed by Shaogang,so that the coke quality can be automatically predicted. This provides a theoretical basis for optimizing coal blending structure and decreasing coal blending cost.
