摘要
通过对新疆天缘焦化用煤进行全面检测分析,并与疆外煤对比分析,得出新疆煤的黏结性较高,硫分较低,但流动性和奥亚膨胀度较低,碱性氧化物含量高,导致配煤炼焦后所得焦炭的热强度较差。经优化配煤结构,减少高碱度煤的使用,可以提高焦炭质量,焦炭热强度可提高近8个百分点。
Through analyzing on the coals for cokemaking in Xinjiang Tianyuan Coking Plant and by comparing with the coals outside Xinjiang,it can be concluded that coals produced in Xinjiang show the following properties, such as higher caking index, lower sulfur content, lower Gieseler fluidity index, lower Audibert-Arnu dilatation and higher alkaline oxide content, which result in a poor CSR of the coke produced. After coal blending optimization, i.e.high-alkaline-oxide-coal is minimized; the coke quality can be improved with CSR increased by 8%.
