摘要
基于南钢产业发展有限公司配煤炼焦实际生产数据,借助逐步回归法进行数据的分析与处理,建立了适合其自身特点的焦炭质量预测模型,经显著性检验以及预测结果分析,所建立的焦炭质量预测模型能够预测和控制焦炭质量,为优化配煤结构、降低生产成本奠定了理论基础。
Based on the actual operation data of the coal blend for coking in Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and with the help of the stepwise data analysis and data processing method,the coke quality prediction model was set up.The test of significance and predictive accuracy for regression equations indicated that the model can forecast and control the coke quality,and provide a way to optimize the coal blend ratio,and bring down the production cost.
