摘要
燃烧配煤的分析基水分、灰分、挥发份、发热量理论值的计算是基于它们之间具有线性可加性。某些指标(如灰融点、灰熔融性、燃烧特性等)因与配煤的显微组分及含量有关,则与直接测量的镜质组反射率不具有线性可加性。用类强度指数和类组分平衡指数将配煤的显微组分及含量非线性可加的性质转化为线性可加的性质。此方法用于公乌素煤矿原煤和张家峁煤矿原煤进行混配分析,证实可以将煤的成因与煤的变质程度计算到配煤中。
The calculations of theoretical values of moisture,ash,volatile and calorific value of coal blending are based on linear additives among the components. Some indicators( such as ash melting point,ash fusibility,combustion characteristics,etc.) are related to the maceral and content of coal blending,and have no linear additives with the direct measured vitrinite reflectance. The pseudo-component balancing index and pseudo-strength index can be used to transform non-linear additive property of the maceral and content of coal blending into linear additive property. This method can be used in the coal blending of Gongwusu Coal Mine and Zhangjiamao Coal Mine,which proved that the cause of coal formation and the degree of coal metamorphism can be calculated into coal blending.
