模糊集合度量配煤方法在昆钢焦炭性能预测的应用 被引量:8

摘要 利用模糊集合配煤方法处理实测的镜质组数值型反射率分布和活惰比数据,可先计算配合煤PSI和PCBI两个集合中的所有元素,再计算SI和CBI两个数值。用剩余标准差推定完全二次二元二项式回归方程为最佳回归方程,以SI、CBI为自变量,用相对应的焦炭反应性CRI、焦炭反应后强度CSR、焦炭抗碎强度M40和焦炭耐磨强度M10进行回归分析,利用MATLAB软件绘制其相应的可视曲面和等值曲线,并预测焦炭性能。将预测值和实测值进行比较,吻合度较高,说明模糊集合配煤方法对焦炭性能的预测有一定的可靠性。 Treating vitrinite numeric reflectance distribution and ratio of reactive component and inertinite by coking coals blending methods of fuzzy sets metrics, all the elements in Pseudo-Strength Index (PSI) and Pseudo-Composition Balance Index (PCBI) of blending coal could be calculated, and then, Strength Index (SI) and Composition Balance Index (CBI) could be calculated. By using residual standard deviation, we can know the binary quadratic binomial expression is the best regression equation, taking SI, CBI as the independent variables, and using corresponding coke properties such as CRI, CSR, M40 and M10, the regression analysis was done. Use the MATLAB to make the corresponding visual surface and contour curves and then, predict the coke performance. The Predicted and actual values were compared, we can find that the goodness of fit was relatively high, so it was demonstrated that the fuzzy sets metrics is reliable for prediction of coke performance.
