摘要
利用模糊集合配煤方法,将优质焦炭所对应的配合煤的类强度指数集合(PSI)和类组分平衡指数集合(PCBI)作为"正常配煤"的PSI及PCBI集合,将待测配合煤的PSI和PCEI与"正常配煤"进行比较,计算欧几里得加权距离,从而初步判定待测配合煤靠近"正常配煤"的程度。在模糊集合配煤方法理论的指导下,根据目标焦炭的性能,利用目标焦炭对应的配合煤的PSI集合及PCBI集合求解模糊关系方程,精确计算出各参配煤的比例,进而可以定量控制焦炭的质量。
Using coal blending method of fuzzy set measure,the Pseudo—Strength Index(PSI) and Pseudo—Composition Balance Index(PCBI) of high quality coke blending coal were regarded as PSI and PCBI sets of "normal coal blending".The degree of testing blending coal approaching normal blending was initially determined through comparing PSI and PCBI of testing blending coal with normal coal blending in order to calculate Euclid weighted distance.Under the guidance of coal blending method of fuzzy set measure,fuzzy relation equation was solved using PSI and PCBI of blending coal of corresponding target coke according to target coke performance.The proportion of coal which was going to be blended was accurately calculated in order to accomplish quantitative control of coke performance.
