摘要 在分析单司机作业过程的基础上,构建以作业安全可靠性为目标层,以感知、信息处理和操控为准则层,以视觉、听觉、信息前馈处理、模板处理、推理分析、肢体操纵和工种协同为指标层的单司机作业安全评价指标体系。依据事故分类统计数据,结合模糊综合评判给出准则层、指标层的权重系数确定方法。在确定司机各单项生理、心理功能模块有效度测算的基础上,给出各指标评测值的计算方法。运用空间向量泛数对评价体系综合评价值进行分析计算,并通过偏导计算求得各指标弹性因子,用以反映各指标对作业安全性的影响度。以实际检测数据为例进行评测,结果表明:单司机值乘安全指数呈凹函数分布;生理指标安全弹性因子较为稳定,心理指标安全弹性因子的变化率较大且与作业时间呈正相关关系。 Based on the analysis of single locomotive driver's operation behavior, a driving safety evaluation system is set up, taking the operational security reliability as the target level, and the sensation, the information processing and operation controls as the criterion level, as well as visual, sense of hearing, information forward feed processing, template processing, inference analysis, body operation and work types coordination as the index level. The weight coefficient of the criterion level is determined by the way of accidents classification statistics, while that of the index level is produced combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The calculation method of every index evaluation value is presented on the foundation of the effectiveness calculation of a driver's single physiological and psychological function module. The comprehensive evaluation values are analyzed and calculated by using space vector universal numbers. Meanwhile, the elastic factor of every index is obtained by partial derivatives calculation to reflect the impact of each indicator on the operation safety. An actual evaluation based on the detection data is carried out as an example. The result shows that single driver's value multiplying safety indexes reflects a concave function distribution. The safety elastic factor of physiological index is relatively stable while that of psychological index is obviously changeable and positively correlated to the operation time.
