摘要
本文利用心理学理论，根据对Ｌ局２０１名正司机抽样测试资料，利用电子计算机进行数据处理，并结合经验资料及铁路司机工种的特性，进行性格分析、归纳和分类研究，将铁路司机性格分为六个类别，对现有铁路机车乘务人员管理和培训提出了建议；为机务管理、行车安全分析等提供参考信息；同时就建立铁路司机性格分类计算机软件及其主要功能进行了探讨。
The researchers tested 201 locomotive drivers in several locomo-tive sections of LZ Railway Bureau for understanding their different charac-ters,The paper,according to psychology,analyses the statistical data gainedfrom the test after the data processing.On the basis of our experienceand needs of drivers'working conditions,drivers'characters are divided intosix classes,At the same time,the paper proposes some advice ahout the mana-gement of locomotive drivers including their training and promoting.Acomputer programming and the relevant functions on classfying the drivers'characters are also discussed.
