摘要
构建了营运车辆驾驶人适宜性甄别检测评价指标体系,选取5 167名营运车辆驾驶人样本进行检测,调查统计其近3年来的驾驶行为与交通事故,综合运用独立两样本T检验、单因素方差分析、K-均值聚类和因子分析等数学模型,研究确定了适宜性评价指标的阈值及权重,并建立了营运车辆驾驶人适宜性多元甄别模型,通过863名驾驶员的示范应用,检验了所建立检测系统的可靠性和有效性。
An assessment system for evaluating the adaptive capability of professional drivers is proposed and introduced in this paper.The psychological and physiological data of 5,176 professional drivers are collected and analyzed,and their accident records from last three years are also investigated.Then two-sample T-tests,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),K-means clustering and factor analysis are applied to determining the thresholds and coefficients required for developing the indices for assessing driver's adaptive capability.A comprehensive assessment model is established.The reliability and efficiency of the proposed assessment system are proved by another independent sample consisting of 853 professional drives from Jiangsu,Anhui,Henan and Sichuan Province.
