摘要
介绍了精细化智能配煤系统,通过试验焦炉及工业试验结果验证可知,精细化智能配煤系统提供的优化配比所得焦炭质量符合生产要求,且可降低配煤成本,适用于不同炉型的模型预测,预测精度较高。
The fine intelligent coal blending system is introduced. The pilot test and industrial test results show that the quality of coke produced from coal blend with a proportion ratio provided by the fine intelligent coal blending system meets the production requirement. Coal blending cost is reduced.It is suitable for the prediction of different oven types,and the prediction result is precise.
