摘要
为满足节能发电调度政策的要求,优化调峰电源运行,改善电网调峰能力,提高清洁能源消纳能力,对调峰电源调用序位提出建议。分别从机组运行特性、电力系统周调峰运行模拟、煤电机组启停调峰运行等3个方面,以系统运行经济性和节能减排效益为目标,研究了调峰电源调用序位分析方法。对比煤电机组启停调峰匹配核电、西南水电、风电运行获得的经济效益与节能减排效益,研究了负荷低谷时段可消纳新增清洁能源电量与清洁能源类型的关系。
In order to satisfy requirements for policies of energy saving power generation dispatching,optimize operation of peak load regulation power source and improve peak load regulation ability of the power grid and absorption ability of clean energy,this paper offers a proposal for dispatching order of peak load regulation power source.In three aspects including operating characteristic of the unit,simulation on weekly peak load regulation operation of the power system and start-up and shut-down peak load regulation of the coal power unit,it aims at operation economy and benefits of energy consumption and emission reduction,and studies analysis method for dispatching order of peak load regulation power source.By means of comparing economic benefits and benefits of energy consumption and emission reduction acquired from matching nuclear power operation of start-up and shut-down peak load regulation of the coal power unit,southwest hydro-power and wind power operation,it studies relationship between consumptive ability of newly added clean energy electricity and clean energy types in the period of low load.
