江苏电网节能发电调度分析与对策 被引量:15

摘要 节能发电调度通过对机组发电负荷的优化分配,使得平均煤耗降低,实现节能减排的目标。详细分析了机组启停、机组调节能力、时段耦合、网损、替代发电、电厂安全生产对节能发电调度的影响,并提出了对应的改进策略。江苏电网节能发电调度的实际结果表明:与三公调度模式相比,节能发电调度能够有效降低平均煤耗,在"节能、减排、降耗"等方面存在巨大潜力。同时,还详细分析了节能发电调度带来的江苏电网潮流分布问题,通过与浙江电网"有序调停"的对比,突出了江苏电网节能发电的特色。 Energy conservatiou and emission reduction can be achieved by a optimal allocation of generator load with energy-saving generation dispatch strategy. The start-up and shut-down of generator, regulation ability of generator, period coupling, grid loss and generation substitution are analyzed in detail for the improvement of Jiangsu generation dispatch. The solutions for the prohlems are also investigated. The practical data from Jiangsu power grid indicate that energy-saving generation dispatch is effective in decreasing coal consumption comparing with impartiality and openness generation dispatching mode. Furthermore, the stability and power flow issues resulting from energy-saving generation dispatch are analyzed in detail. Finally, the feature of Jiangsu energy-saving generation dispatch is presented comparing with the dispatching mode of Zhejiang power grid.
