摘要
基于平均发电调度与节能发电调度的机制分别构建了机组发电计划分配模型;结合算例测算了相应模式下各类机组的发电总量,继而计算出煤炭消耗量与污染气体、温室气体排放量,通过对比不同调度模式下的核算结果发掘节能发电调度的节能与减排潜力;针对节能发电调度机制的持续发展提出了一些见解。
The unit generation scheduling allocation models are constructed respectively based on the mechanism of average generation dispatching and that of energy-saving generation dispatching.Then the unit generation output,coal consumption and emissions of polluted gas and greenhouse gas in the corresponding mode were calculated in case study.Besides,by comparing calculation results in different scheduling modes,energy-saving and emission-reduction potential of energy-saving generation dispatching was unearthed.Finally,some views are proposed to fulfill the sustainable development of the energy-saving power dispatching mechanism.
