摘要
随着负荷峰谷差增大,电力系统调峰困难问题日益突出。抽水蓄能电站具有启停迅速、削峰填谷等良好的运行特性,可以作为调峰电源优化负荷曲线,减小负荷峰谷差和波动性。建立了以抽水蓄能电站运行后的等效负荷曲线峰谷差减小、曲线更为平滑为目标的多目标抽水蓄能电站优化调度模型。利用引入Maxmin函数和ε支配的改讲多目标粒子群算法对模型进行求解。通过算例验证了本文所提模型和算法的有效性和合理性。
As the system load curve peak-valley difference increases,the difficulties of peak shaving becomes increasingly prominent.Pumped storage (PS) power station has good operating characteristics,such as quick start up and shut down as well as load shifting.So the PS unit can optimize load curve,reducing the load peak-valley difference and volatility.With the target of decreasing the peak-valley difference of equivalent load curve after the running of PS power station and making the equivalent load curve smoother,the multi-objective optimal operation model of the PS power station was established.The improved multi-objective particle swarm algorithm(MOPSO) introducing Maxmin function and ε-dominance was used to solve the model.The numerical examples show the validity and rationality of the proposed model and algorithm.
