摘要
针对项目运行阶段进度控制的特点,提出了一种模糊优选理论与动态规划法相结合的进度调整方法。该方法采用模糊决策集优越性二元对比矩阵结合语气算子,定量标度定性指标的相对优属度。利用两级模糊优选模型,融合进度调整的历史数据与经验,综合计算定性与定量指标的方案相对优属度。基于关键路径的阶段划分,结合动态规划的基本思想,运用决策序列相对优属度总和最大法,求解进度调整的最优化方案。最后,使用自主开发的软件系统,对某型飞机装配计划进行了实例仿真,验证了方法的有效性。
According to characteristics of projects' progress controlling, a fuzzy dynamic programming method was proposed. To effectively integrate historical experiences with historical data,fuzzy decision set of binary comparison and mood arithmetic operators was utilized to define the relative membership degree of qualitative indexes. Based on phase division of the critical path of double code time-coordinate network figure, the dual-pole fuzzy pattern recognition model was used to confirm relative membership degree of adjustment scheme, which consisted of qualitative and quantitative indexes. Then, the optimization adjustment scheme was obtained by using dynamic programming method according to maximum aggregating relative membership degree. Furthermore, simulation of the aircraft assembly project was analyzed, and the result illustrated the effectiveness of the method.
