摘要
随机生产模拟传统的等效电量函数法使用的是等效持续负荷曲线,丢失了时间信息,不利于应用在抽水蓄能电站的运行模拟。提出了有效容量分布累积量法用于抽水蓄能电站优化调度的方法,建立基于经济性与可靠性目标函数的调度模型后,利用负荷曲线分解技术对负荷曲线进行削峰填谷,再在时序负荷曲线上应用累积量法进行运算,求出各发电机组发电量和可靠性指标。特点是避免使用等效有效容量分布曲线的尾部信息,可计及负荷预测的不确定性和抽水蓄能机组的强迫停运率。算例结果证明该方法适用于抽水蓄能电站这类时间相关类、给定电量类电源的优化调度。
The equivalent load duration curve is used in tra- ditional equivalent energy function method to simulate sto- chastic production, which loses time information, and is not suitable for operation simulation of pumped storage station. Then the available capacity distribution cumulant method is put forward to optimized dispatching of pumped storage sta- tion. At first, the scheduling model is built based on econo- my and reliability objective function, and load curve decom- position is used for peak load shifting of load curve. Then the generation amount of generation units and reliability in- dex are calculated on the sequential load curve by applying the available capacity distribution cumulant method. The advantage is that the tail information of available capacity distribution curve can be avoided, and the uncertainty of load forecasting and outage rate of pumped storage station is also considered. The example results show that the proposed method can be applied to the optimized dispatching of pumped storage station.
