根据国家电网公司提出建设“一强三优”现代公司的战略目标和“三抓一创”的工作思路,强调这是为华东电网可持续发展带来了新的机遇,指出要充分利用现有输变电设备资源,全面提高电网输送能力,努力推进“一强三优”现代化电网公司的建设,全面回顾了提高华东500kV电网输送能力5个方面的技术措施;从3大方面详细论述了进一步提高华东500 kV电网输送能力共23条对策措施;最后强调要加强领导、精心组织,确保交直流特高压工程和提高输送能力工作计划的顺利实施,开创华东电网发展新局面。
According to the strategic target oi State Grid about constructing modem companies with 'one strength, three excellencies' (i.e. strong power grid, excellent assets, service, and performance), and the working concept of 'three stresses, one establishment' (i.e. stress development, management, and teams, establish first-class enterprises), the UHV network construction brings new opportunities for sustainable development of East. China Power Grid. It is pointed out that the current transmission equipment should be fully utilized to increase the transmission capacity of the power grid all-roundly, and the construction of modern power grid enterprises with 'one strength, three excellencies' should be promoted with great efferts. The 5 technical measurements for increasing the transmission capacity of 500 kV grids in East China are reviewed, and the total 23 countermeasures for further increasing the transmission capacity of 500 kV grids in East China are expatiated in 3 aspects. It is emphasized that the leadership should be strengthened and the organizing work should be arranged elaborately to ensure the implementation of AD and DC UHV engineering projects and the working plan for increasing transmission capacity, and open a new situation for development of East China Power Grid.
